As
Maintenance Manager, you’ll set the standard for asset performance. Lead a skilled team, optimise maintenance strategies, and keep our mobile and underground (UG) equipment running at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end maintenance for mobile equipment and UG machinery
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing trades team
- Build proactive maintenance plans to minimise downtime and lift availability
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site
About You
- Proven maintenance leadership in mining or heavy industry
- Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance; UG equipment experience highly regarded
- Confident communicator with a passion for people, safety, and performance
- Comfortable working an 8/6 roster at a remote operation
